Do they exists...? Has anyone came across any yet?

they were around in the FPE so i'd assume that they will still be there. they were found originally in the Petrified forest area of the map(Kurzicks side) so they will probably be found there, have to get to later half of map first though. they might appear earlier too...but that's all i know

Yes, Echivold Forest (Kurzick land) is where they're at. My Rt/R has one...I found the best place to catch one without taking henchies or another human team is to go to Tanglewood Copse and keep going in and out of the portal between Tanglewood Copse and Aborstone (Explorable) until one spawns near the portal...I took some henchies with me and they killed the tiger before I could charm it (surprise surprise), so I just kept going through the portal until a White Tiger spawned on the Tanglewood side of the big troop of Wardens - took 5 or 6 'attempts'. If you get what I mean...

Yes Beaver thats a good spot, also Melandrus Hope outside of Lutgardis Conservatory, theres usually one right at the entrace (or at least a little further on)

Nothing special about them. Once you get into the green areas, south of Maatu, you'll see them everywhere.

Considering the OP posted this about three months ago, I hope they've found a white tiger on their own by now. ROFL!!!

lol yes, infact i found one the day after i posted this thread by running from senjis corner to Tangleood corpse.
